I used wire for the body up to the head and arms.

Yarn weight: use any kind
Hook size: use any hook that you are comfortable with
but I used alize cotton with hook 2.5mm main hook, 3mm for shoes and (optional) 1.75mm for the nose. shes 12 1/2 inches / 32 cm.

Eye size: 12 mm (optional)
Embroidery floss (only if you want to embroider the face)
