When I first encountered the woven transverse herringbone stitch pattern in Barbara Walker’s A Treasury of Stitch Patterns, I knew it would be perfect for a long infinity scarf! In a solid color, the chevron patterning results in fantastic stitch definition. Or, try a multi or variegated yarn, which will really allow the slipped stitches to pop!
