This darling little design that’s a perfect treat to stitch for yourself or someone you love for Valentine’s Day. Crocheted in a vibrant red hue of Willow Burrow Bulky, the fun little puff stitches in this pattern take on an almost heart-like appearance for a lovely accessory. If red isn’t your color, choose from over 50 shades of the soft acrylic/wool blend to customize the pattern for a soft and cozy cowl to wear any time of the year.

Note from Designer: The sample was stitched at a tighter gauge than originally intended, you may find you have more drape working the cowl at 4 puffs x 3 rows = 4½” (11.4cm) x 4” (10.2cm). At this gauge the finished circumference will be 80” (203cm). I did achieve this gauge on an M hook, however the sample knitter found she would have needed a larger hook to work that fabric.
