Pull Mitts
Worked on bias, these mitts are wonderfully comfortable, and give the illusion that you “pulled” them askew as you put them on.
You will need 2 balls of the main color, and about 10 yards of the contrast color. If you are making a set with Pull Toque, you will need 3 balls of the main color, and about 20 yards of the contrast color.
Please note that the row gauge is important in this project: because it is worked on bias, row or stitch gauge each change the width and length slightly. Try to keep both numbers as near 5 stitches and 8 rows to the inch as possible. However, if your gauge is off, the correct place to lengthen/shorten is noted in the pattern. Just in case!
errata:
for size med: row 44 is included in repeat, when repeating it, skip the instructions regarding holding stitches for the thumb and only work the center portion like this: K23, (k, p) in 1, k1, (p, k) in 1, k24.
