This pumpkin basket is easy and quick to make, requires some basic crochet and sewing skills and a couple free hours to complete. It might be a perfect piece for your season decoration. It is enough big to hold some candies, chocolates or your daily apple dosis :)

Size: 8” (20 cm) tall (with lid) and 6” (17 cm) wide.

The pattern is abbreviated with standard US terms. Sewing instructions are included.

Difficulty level: uses sc (it is easy, but you need some experience with increasing and decreasing)
You’ll also need some basic sewing skills to shape a perfect pumpkin.

Materials: approx. 2 skein DK weight yarn in orange, and some leftover brown yarn
The pattern may work with any weight of yarn, but don’t forget to use the right hook.

Notions: polyester batting, card board/craft rubber sheet, sewing needle, thread.
