Designed to fit the 1994 model of the 4 ½” Kelly fashion doll by Mattel, but the hat and boots also fit the 2013 model of the 5 ½” Chelsea doll.

Uses cotton thread size 10 + a 1.05mm (11 or 12 US / 6 or 6½ UK) hook. You can get away with using a slightly larger hook if you have a tight tension.
