The Puppy Basket is knit in the round from the bottom up, then felted in a washing machine. Comprehensive instructions are provided for how to knit, felt and shape the puppies. The face is simple embroidery applied after felting. The (optional) spots are painted-on RIT dye, also applied after felting.
