Made to pattern, The Pure and Simple boot cuffs should fit most older girls and women. They are approximately 5 inches high and can be worn so as little or as much as you want is peeking out above your boot. Circumference is 12.5 inches and will stretch 1-2 inches beyond that comfortably if needed.
