The pattern is for an unlined envelope purse; uses about 200 yards and a size 6 (US) steel hook (1.8 mm).
With just one ball of bedspread-weight crochet thread you can create the perfect purse for a bride, the prom or other affairs where your usual leather handbag just won’t do.
Size: about 4” x 7 “
Special stitches: Beginning Cluster and Cluster have highlighted explanations.
Purse is made in 3 pieces: the body, the flap and the chain.
Some hand sewing to assemble.
