Puro Pullover
The Puro Pullover is a simple pullover designed to be comfortable and easy to wear. Worked with a 6.5 mm (US 10 1⁄2) needle, it knits up very quickly and easily. The shoulder construction of the pullover was inspired by the one often seen on trench coats, with set-in sleeves in the front and raglan sleeves in the back. In order to approach this structure, the back and front increases were differentiated. The design maintains thus a clean line in the front while leaving room for movement in the back. This pullover is knitted top-down. After the collar is worked in the round, the neckline is shaped with short rows, and the yoke is knit in the round to under the sleeves. Then the body and sleeves are separated and the body is knit in the round to the hem. Each sleeve is then knit in the round and tapered toward the cuff.
