It is a simple baby dress with puffed sleeves, knit from the top down, mostly in the round. There are little pearl buttons and a bow added afterwards.

My idea for this was to make it out of a washable luxury yarn, an heirloom gift that is simple and quick to complete and very soft for a baby to wear.

Materials

US 4 needle
2 buttons, 1/2”
Tapestry needle for weaving in ends
Cable needle or one dpn
5 stitch markers
3 and 6 month - require one skein of MCN sock yarn
All others require 2 skeins.
