Top-down construction, starting with the saddle shoulders. A very detailed photo tutorial is provided.
Back and Front are joined together and worked in the round in Diamond stitch pattern to the hem that is worked in classic 2x2 ribbing stitch.
Sleeves are worked in a textured stripes sequence with the addition of mohair yarn for the extra contrast.
The bonus accessory - the cowl - is knit in the mirrored sleeve textured stripes sequence. It adds extra volume to the sweater, but can be easily removed so the sweater is worn with the open neckline.
The pattern includes written instructions, charts and photo tutorial.
The pattern has been tested and edited by a professional technical editor.
