The stranded colourwork design on this pillow amplifies the ripple effect of the mountain’s reflection in the lake below. Substitution Notes
Choose a heavy worsted weight yarn. Original is 100% wool that works up at 4.5 to 5 sts per inch (2.5 cm) on 4 to 5 mm (US 6-8) needles. Non-superwash wools will work the best, but acrylics, superwash and wool blends will also work.

Techniques
Working simple stranded colourwork from a chart, worked flat, seaming, buttonholes and sewing on buttons.
