This is a throwover or poncho in vivid colors to shine over a dress or more casual, jeans and T-Shirt. Easy and comfortable to wear and a highlight of your outfit. The 2 rectangles are knitted in 1 piece from the back bottom over the shoulders to the front. I-Cords are added to bind them under the arms and at the front.
It has doubled hems at the bottoms. The side edges are done with I-cords. I have added some texture with double knitted stripes/columns where the colors meet. That helps as well to avoid holes when changing colors and not pulling tight enough. The shoulders are reinforced with a tuck. Sides and front are fastened with I-Cords sewn on at the end.
