A simple request for a cowl pattern sent me down the proverbial rabbit hole - first searching for one, then designing one! I had lots of fun searching around for yarns and swatching them, and finally came to the conclusion that I had to narrow it down to only four gauges. The yardage requirements for each are:

150-275 yds bulky weight – 3.5 sts/1”
200-400 yds worsted weight – 4.5 sts/1”
300-600 yds dk weight – 5.5 sts/1”
400-700 yds sport weight – 6sts/1”

This pattern is a bit addictive and oh so easy - you may have trouble making just one!! Happy knitting!!
