Notes on construction
This scarf is made by chaining a starting chain the length of the scarf. Follow the instructions for each row and be amazed by how you manage to create a triangular effect by decreasing using short rows. After finishing the main section, you will start one of three slip stitch edging rows that will create our i-cord.
Thanks to the versatility of this stitch pattern, we can create two different textures. You choose whether to go through the entire stitch or just through the back loop.
The pattern is the same to make both versions of the scarf shown, you must choose one texture or the other. You just need to choose which stitch you want to use, hdc-slst for the wavy texture or hdc-slst-blo for the brioche texture. Throughout the pattern I will use hdc-slst for simplicity.

Musa Yarn Merino Fingering, fingering weight yarn (50 g / 200 m; 1.76 oz / 219 yd; 100% high-quality merino) 1 ball #60, Sandshell
Musa Yarn Mohair Silk; lace weight yarn (25 g / 210 m; 0.88 oz / 229 yd; 70% Super Kid Mohair, 30% Silk) 1 ball; #20, Coral Almond (sample 1) /#60, Sandshell (sample 2)

To make the scarf, you need to hold one strand of fingering and one strand of mohair together

Crochet Hook
4.5 mm US 7 crochet hook or the required hook size to obtain the correct gauge.

Other notions
Tapestry needle.

15 stitches x 21 rows = 10 x 10 cm 4 x 4” in hdc-slst, worked FLAT, after blocking.

Notas sobre la construcción
Este pañuelo se teje a partir de una cadeneta de inicio con la medida de la parte más larga. A partir de ahí iremos realizando las puntadas indicadas para cada vuelta y nos sorprenderemos observando que gracias a las vueltas cortas conseguiremos disminuir para crear el efecto triangular. Una vez hayamos terminado en el vértice central comenzaremos a realizar el primero de tres ribetes a punto raso que confeccionarán nuestro i-cord.
Gracias a la versatilidad de la puntada que vamos a realizar podrás disfrutar de dos texturas diferentes. Tú eliges si coger la espiga entera o solo la hebra trasera.
El patrón es el mismo para realizar los dos pañuelos que te presento, debes elegir entre una u otra textura. Solo tendrás que decidir qué puntada quieres realizar, si pma-desl para la textura de olitas o pma-desl-hTRAS para la textura brioche.
En el patrón sólo untilizeroms pma-desl para ganar calidad.

Para tejer el pañuelo necesitas utilizar a la vez una hebra de fingering y una de mohair.
