One basic design for 14 sizes and 13 types of yarn from gauge 15 to 27.

We have reworked our classic raglan sweater a little. Many of you have requested a slightly wider and rounder neckline. That‘s what we‘ve done now. Additional we have calculated the raglan increases so that they are worked evenly in every second round on the sleeves and body part and now look very even and consistent.

The neckline is shaped with German Short Rows, then work continues in full rounds. After separating the sleeve stitches, the lower part of the body is knitted straight. Since knitting is done from top to bottom, the sweater can be tried on at any time after separating the sleeves and the length and width can be adjusted.

We have two different versions for the sleeves: the classic, tapered sleeves and an additional one that leaves the sleeves a little wider and has a longer cuff.

We provide a classic raglan design that is surprisingly easy to use as a basis for your own ideas. The sweater can be designed with a cable pattern, lace pattern, stripes. If you want, you can even incorporate pockets and design your very own favorite sweater.

At the same time, the design offers a platform for playing with a wide variety of materials. Every yarn made of wool, silk, cotton or even linen will give it a completely unique character. The design is suitable for cozy winter sweaters, as well as for summer tops with short sleeves.

We have listed our yarn ideas in the information on the stitch samples. Here you will find the right quality for every variant.
