These adorable mini sweaters make perfect ornaments or
gifts. Jazz them up with cables or colorwork, or use leftover
striping sock yarn to make super cute striped versions. You
can even add fun sequins or patches to make them into
“ugly holiday sweaters”. Or string a bunch of them together
to make a fun holiday garland!

Measurements
3 ½” 9 cm tall with a 2 ¼” 5.5 cm wide body and approximately 5 ½” 14 cm at widest points (sleeve cuffs)

Materials
• 60 yds 55 m of fingering-weight yarn
• Long (40”) circular needle in US Size 3 3.25 mm, or set of 5 double-pointed needles, or needles for your preferred method for small circumference circular knitting, in the size required for gauge
• Stitch markers
• Waste yarn
• Tapestry needle
• Scissors
• Ribbon or ornament hangers if desired

Additional Supplies (optional)
• Small Crochet Hook (US D3/3.25mm or smaller), to crochet a chain to make mitten into hanging ornament, if desired
• Sequins/Buttons/Patches/Other Embellishments
• Needle & thread

Notes
These instructions are written for magic loop knitting. If
using double-pointed needles, you can use the end of the
needle as your marker to keep track of the raglan increases.
