This pattern is available for free.

Yarn needle – Fiberfill stuffing – Scissors – Bell ( if you use a small bell the sound will be very muffled so I suggest using a plastic cat ball toy like in the photo below. It just sounds the best to me. Not super loud and not too quiet.)
