Rainbow Cat
This stripy cat is worked in garter stitch (all knit) in a two row stripe pattern.
The body is knitted literally from the bottom up! You knit a ‘triangular’ shape’ which becomes the base and then cast on extra stitches on either side to make the body. Work these increases before changing colour. This becomes clear when you look at the pattern!
One side will have a wider section of colour than the other but when you sew him together this doesn’t show.
You need one ball of each of four colours to knit him.
