Rainbow Mist Sweater
When a ray of sunlight passes through thin mist, it brings to life myriads of tiny sparkles in all colors of a rainbow. Similarly in this sweater, adding a solid color to a variegated yarn doesn’t mute or dilute it, but gently highlights every sprinkle, every subtle change of hue.
This pattern is a perfect match for that special handdyed yarn that feels a bit overwhelming to knit with on its own. Pair it with a solid of your choice and watch the stitches do their magic.
Sweater is knit from the bottom up with the waist and neck shaping. The ribbing at the bottom, cuffs, and neckline is knit in two color brioche stitch.
This pattern has instructions for a unique raglan shaping for each size to guarantee the comfortable fit. Pattern can be adjusted to make the waist more or less emphasized.
