The Rainbow Party Cardi is designed for color lovers. Light and airy, this little cardigan is designed specifically for minis and stash-busting. It is knit from the top down using a simple, quick raglan yoke and stockinette body. The collar is then picked up around the entire inner edge. The garter stitch short rows create a dramatic, flowing rainbow collar that is worked in 5 individual color sections. The collar is widest at the bottom edge and narrowest at the neck. The construction of this cardigan will give knitters endless rainbow possibilities.

NEEDLES
US 6 (4mm), US 5 (3.75mm), & US 4 (3.5mm)** 24” or 32” (60 or 80cm) circular (as appropriate for your size) or as required to meet gauge and DPNs or needles for small circumference in the same sizes

You will need three sizes of needles for this pattern. The largest size will be used for your garter stitch gauge. The medium size needles will be for your stockinette gauge. The smallest needles will be for ribbing at the cuffs of the sleeves and bottom edge of the cardigan. You will only need DPNs in the two smallest sizes.
