The Raindrop uses a 5 mm hook. I used bulky weight chenille. When using the recommended hook size, yarn and yarn under (x stitch), it measures 3 inches/7.6 centimeters. 

Some of the skills used in this pattern are chain, single crochet, increase, decrease, and finish off. The pattern includes complete assembly details with pictures.
