Pattern is from Charming Colorwork socks: 25 Delightful Knitting Patterns for Colorful, Comfy Footwear. Released 20th September in America, Canada (Europe and other continents a few weeks later) and available as a digital copy worldwide.

The Raindrops on Roses socks feature a classic and
easy to knit rose flower motif often found in many different
knitting patterns from around the world. Knit in two bright colors, the contrast color continues like raindrops throughout the sock. This creates a sock that is very fun and addictive to knit as well as beautiful to wear. And your Raindrops on Roses socks may
even end up, as Maria would say in The Sound of
Music, as one of your favorite things …

Construction Notes
These socks are knit from the cuff down with a twisted ribbed cuff and have a short row heel. The stranded colorwork pattern is featured throughout the leg and foot.
