Designed for the Rose City Yarn Crawl 2012!

This simple pattern is an excellent introduction to lace and bobbles. The cowl knits up quickly with just one skein of solstice luna merino cashmere dk and is meant to be form-fitting for extra snuggliness.

finished size: 18 1/2” circumference by 8” tall

skills required: basic knowledge of knitting in the round and lace stitches; yarn over, ssk, psso, etc.

The pattern pictured has (3) rows of the rosebud motif, but there is an option for (5) rows which is not indicated on the original pattern or The Rose City Yarn Crawl e-book. The section that reads “Repeat Rounds 1-16 once more” will yield the extra (2) rows of roses.
