Amigurumi crochet pattern

Randolph the Reindeer is no ordinary deer! His bright red nose, sits upon a cream muzzle, and gives a little clue as to who his more famous cousin may be. He loves candy canes, listening to stories that start “Twas the night before Christmas…”, and munching on little nightmares that dare to venture near her little human friends as they sleep.

This pattern is my own design, when finished Randolph hangs from a standard picture hook and is approximately 14 inches from the end of his nose to the top of his head ( when using recommended yarn and hook )

The pattern is quite straight forward I recommend it as an advanced beginner pattern. Written using English crochet terms.

You will need:

Double Knit weight yarn in 2 contrasting colours for the main head and small amounts of Dk yarn for the contrasting parts.

A pair of 20mm safety eyes
Stuffing
2.5mm hook
Tapestry needle
Stitch marker
