The long, golden braids and textured panels of these socks reminded me of Rapunzel’s long braids dangling down the sides of her tower.

This is a straightforward pattern, with simple cables and texture to add interest. It would work well for both men and women.

There are three sizes for this pattern. Size can be slightly altered as well, by using heavier or lighter weight sock yarn.

In addition to yarn and needles, you may wish to use a cable needle for the cabled sections.
