The combination of yarns used in this pattern provides a mixture of colors reminiscent of Ratatouille. Hence the name.

YARN: One skein each of two different colors of the same weight yarn. Sample shown in Briar Rose Fibers Fourth of July (100% Merino Wool; 550 yds per 227g hank); Color A: ‘Fourth of July’; and Bleating Heart Haven’s 40% kid mohair/60% lamb’s wool; Color B: ‘Lambchop’

NEEDLES: US 9/5.5 mm 24-inch circular needle

NOTIONS: stitch marker

GAUGE: 3 sts = 1 inch

FINISHED MEASUREMENTS: Width: 7” Circumference: 26”
NOTES: Half Twist: Where indicated, move the front working yarn to the back, and vice versa. Colors will not match in these rounds.Jogless Jog: When instructed at the start of a round, pick up the stitch below the first stitch of the next round and knit it together with the first stitch. This makes a “seamless” transition at the end/beginning of a round.
