This bag is worked top down, in the round, with the wool double stranded throughout, working the novelty yarn with the wool in the upper portion. After the bag is finished, you pick up stitches to work the handle.

A great size when felted, (I blocked it on a small bathroom waste basket) it can be used as a purse or project bag!
