Worked flat in moss stitch framed by cables, this shrug is then folded and seamed to create sleeves. Ribbed cuffs and edging are added at the very end by picking up along the openings and knitting out. The ribbing provides an interesting contrast to the textured moss stitch and smooth cabling.
