A super simple cosy cowl that knits up in no time. Columns of giant ‘knit’ stitches add structure (nobody wants a floppy cowl!) but are surprisingly simple to create.

This cowl looks quite odd as a WIP, but all comes together in the end!

Works in any super chunky / super bulky weight yarn and height can easily be adjusted.

Techniques involved: casting on, working in the round, knitting, purling, casting off, k2tog decreases.
