I designed this shawl in a time where I was doubting a lot. After a bunch of false starts on other projects, I was full of questioning regarding my creativity skills.

To reassure and to enjoy myself, I have put everything I like in the Remedy shawl: the sea of garter stitch to unravel the mind, the graphic lace part to entertain the brain, the construction which my absolute favorite and, of course, the colors playing with each other.
In the end, this shawl was like a cure for my own confidence, and I will love it forever for that.

The Remedy shawl is worked in one piece, starting with the central garter stitch triangle. Then, we pick up stitches along the edges of the triangle to create the border part.

J’ai créé ce châle à une époque où je doutais beaucoup. Après un tas de faux départs sur d’autres projets, j’étais pleine de questionnements concernant mes capacités de créativité.

Pour me faire plaisir et me rassurer, j’ai mis tout ce que j’aime dans le châle Remedy : la mer de point mousse pour démêler l’esprit, la partie dentelle graphique pour divertir l’esprit, la construction qui est ma préférée entre toutes et, bien sûr, les couleurs qui jouent les unes avec les autres.
En fin de compte, ce châle fut comme un remède pour ma propre confiance, et je l’aimerai toujours pour cela.

Le châle Remedy se tricote en une seule pièce en commençant par le triangle central au point mousse. Ensuite, les mailles sont relevées le long des bords du triangle pour créer la bordure.
