One color is changed every 2 rows to create the scrappy striped effect. This project is perfect for leftover fingering weight yarns from your other shawl and sock projects. The pattern is written for a large shlanket size, but you can easily knit a smaller version by skipping ahead to the final row and I-cord bind off at any time.
