Reversible Mock Cable Hat and Scarf Set
This pattern creates a fully reversible scarf and hat with what appears to be a cable, though no cabled or twisted stitches are involved. An excellent quick-working project that creates a sophisticated and expert look with beginner to intermediate skill.
A classy look for men and women alike.
A great pattern for yarns with a slight halo.
The hat takes approximately 150 yards and the scarf is “knit until you run out of yarn.” Light blocking required for the scarf only.
Bonus wrist warmers for Ravelry members:
Matching wrist warmers for a 6-7” wrist can be made by casting on 36 stitches and following directions 1-5 for the hat, adjusting for different stitch count, and casting off loosely at desired length. For an 8” wrist cast on 42 stitches.
