Rhino Jumper
The Rhino Jumper for men is a warm traditional gansey with an alternating rib/ cable pattern. A classic design for relaxing at the weekend or attending a classy winter event. Knit in the round with the structured but soft Drops Lima - a wonderful mix of wool and alpaca.
The pattern is written in both UK and American English with 5 sizes to choose from. The detailed written directions describe how to knit the cable pattern without a cable needle, though your preferred method is always the best.

- Be sure to check your gauge! With the correct needles and yarn for the cable pattern, knit a large swatch sample and wash, block, and let dry before you measure it! If you don’t wash it first, your garment might not fit you after you wash it for the first time. If your gauge doesn’t match that above, either change needle sizes to obtain correct gauge (larger sizes will reduce the number of sts & rows in a measurement, smaller sizes will increase the number of sts & rows in a measurement). Alternatively knit a different size to suit your gauge (if your gauge has less rows and sts in 10cm (4in), knit a smaller size. if your gauge has more rows and sts in 10cm (4in), knit a larger size). Be sure to calculate the overall measurement to select the right size. Remake your gauge if you change needle sizes and check again!
Revision 2 (September 2015) includes UK and American English measurements.
