Explore some simple Tunisian crochet stitches to create a beautiful, functional wrap. I wanted to experiment with a fingering-weight yarn and design something that was relatively straight forward, so that I could enjoy the rhythm of the stitches without constantly referring to the pattern. I set myself the challenge of using only three basic Tunisian stitches for the body of the wrap: simple stitch, purl stitch, full stitch. I used about one and a half Scheepjes Whirls, a fingering-weight yarn. The wrap is light and has a lovely drape. It can be worn over the shoulders, held with a scarf pin, or worn as a large scarf around the neck. The size can be easily changed - make more repeats to create a longer wrap, but you would need more yarn. Pattern is written in English using UK terms.

Yarn: 2 x Scheepjes Whirl (60% cotton, 40% acrylic) 215-225g/1000m in Jumpin’ Jaffa Pop.
Hooks: 5.5mm Tunisian crochet hook with extension cord, and a 3.5mm standard crochet hook for the edging.
