This is a two-color brioche shawl using increases and decreases. I used La Fée Fil Gradient - Fingering yarn; one cake gradated from white to dark indigo and the other gradated from dark indigo to white.

This top down triangular shawl becomes easily intuitive. You create chevrons, one of the easiest graphic brioche patterns around. Because this is rather loosely knit, the fabric falls open and reveals itself like a ribcage. The color play that happens when you work two gradating yarns together in two-color brioche remains intriguing and as the colors change, the urge to keep knitting only heightens.
