Ridgeview Cardigan features simple textured stitches (just knits and purls!) and clever shaping for an intuitive yet engaging knit. This casual, open front design goes with just about everything in your wardrobe, and a-line shaping worked into the body ensures long-line hem of the cardigan flows over the hips. This project works up quickly in a light worsted or DK weight yarn, and is a great way to highlight tonal colors!

This pattern assumes knowledge of increasing, decreasing, and seaming. No charts are needed to work up this pattern - a bit of clever shaping is combined with knits and purls to create the angled stitch details!

Suggested Yarn: Briar Rose Fibers Fourth of July^, or other DK to light worsted weight yarn that knits to gauge.
