5 mm / US 8 circular needle with a cable length of at least 80 cm / 32” (or needle size to obtain gauge)
5 mm / US 8 double-pointed needles (or needle size to obtain gauge) for sleeves if not worked with the magic loop technique
4.5 mm / US 7 circular needle with a cable length of at least 60 cm / 24” for neckline
3.5 mm / US 4 circular needle with a cable length of at least 80 cm / 32” for braid

Gauge

18 sts x 24 rows = 10 x 10 cm / 4 x 4” (knit flat, in stockinette stitch, on largest needle, after blocking)
