Ringle

Based on the first garment Kate ever designed (in Shilasdair yarn), this seamless yoke pullover in two hand-dyed shades (indigo and alder) is a quick and simple knit. Ringle is an old Scots word referring to circular stripes of colour.

Shilasdair Coara Worsted (70% BFL; 30% Shetland; 185m / 202 yds per 100g skein)
A Indigo: 4 (4, 5, 5, 6, 7) x 100g skeins
B Alder: 1 x 100g skein all sizes

Needles and notions
Gauge-size and below gauge-size needle(s) (60-80cm) for working body
Gauge-size and below gauge-size needle(s) of your preferred length and type for working small circumferences for sleeves
Longer gauge-size needle (100cm / 40in) for joining yoke
Stitch markers
Tapestry needle

Gauge
18 sts and 24 rounds to 10cm / 4in over stockinette. Use 5.5mm / U.S. 9 needle as a starting point for swatching.

Sizes
Bust 81.5 (91.5, 101.5, 112, 122, 132) cm / 32 (36, 40, 44, 48, 52) in. Pick the size closest to your actual bust measurement, with the amount of ease required.

Pattern notes
This simple yoked pullover is knitted seamlessly in the round from the bottom up. The body is made first, followed by the sleeves, before the yoke is joined and worked in a 2-round stripe pattern.
