Ripple
Let the stitches wash over you and enjoy the rhythm of knitting.
Ripple is a sock pattern with intricate cables and lace. The socks are worked cuff down and start off with a cute picot border. The design features a fun heel construction with strong heel. The socks are ankle high, but the leg can easily be worked taller.
Size
S-M-L for 64-68-72 sts.
Yarn
Aara Tunto (80 % BFL, 20 % nylon 365 m/100 g), or other fingering weight yarn. Shown in color Väre.
1 skein.
The required yardage depends on the size chosen and the length of the foot.
Needles
US 1 (2.25 mm) circular needles (or dpns). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the right gauge.
Gauge
16 sts x 22 rnds = 2x2’’/5x5 cm in stockinette stitch (after blocking).
Other
A spare circular needle, stitch markers, scrap yarn, crochet hook, tapestry needle.
