The River’s Edge was the inspired by the River’s Edge Cardigan. After creating the cardigan I was still in love the the cable. I wanted to translate it into a hat, but like many cables to see the beauty of every row it needs to be repeated. To show it in all its glory This hat is great for a quick project whether you are an experienced cable knitter or want to learn.

Needles

• US4/3.5mm, 16” circular needle; 5 DPNs may be substituted
• US6/4mm, 16” circular needle and 5 DPNs

Gauge

• 20 sts x 28 rows = 4”/10cm square in Stockinette in the round on US6/4mm
• 28 sts x 36 rows = 4”/10cm in 2x1 rib in the round on US 4/3.5mm
