Little “bubbles” in a chevron pattern mimic the rushing waters of rivers and creeks that were the inspiration for this toe-up sock design.

The “bubbles” are mini mock cables (no cable needle required) with an eyelet in the center on a k2, p2, ribbing base.

The semi-solid colorway and superwash merino with tencel make it the perfect sock for the transition season when melt waters will fill the rivers and creeks again.

The pattern comes for 5 foot circumferences and the foot and leg length are adjustable.

The pattern has written out instructions as well as a chart for the stitch pattern.

It comes with a photo tutorial for a nifty toe-up Stockinette stitch cast-on also invented by Judy Becker (as in Judy’s Magic Cast-On), a tutorial for how to work short-rows and an example of how to calculate when to start with your gusset increases.
