Rock Island Cardi is a fun fast knit for the the summer months. Perfect for layering over a summer dress! With just a subtle hint of bling with the beaded silk and sequins, it can be worn casually or a bit dressier. You make the call. I hope you enjoy knitting it and wearing it as much as I do!

MATERIALS
To make the cardi as pictured you will need the following

• 1 Skein of Artyarns Beaded Silk and Sequins Light in the Rock Island Colorway (Color A) ,
• One skein of Artyarrns Merino cloud in the contrasting color 351 (Color B),
• One skein Artyarns Merino Cloud in Rock Island Colorway (Color C). Size Small and Medium can be done without the beaded silk and there would be sufficient yardage from 2 skeins of merino cloud to complete the cardi.

Needle: Circular needle Size 5 US – 3.75 and Size 7 US - 4.50 mm
Additional Supplies: 3 small buttons approx 13mm, Waste yarn for sleeve separation, tapestry needle to weave in ends and 2 stitch markers
Gauge: 21sts and 28 rows = 4”
