GAUGE
20 sts and 26 rows = 4 inches/10cm in Cable and Seed patt, blocked.
20 sts and 27 rnds = 4 inches/10cm in Broken Rib pat, blocked.
To save time, take time to check gauge.

PATTERN NOTES
Cabled section of cowl is worked flat on longer circular needle; do not join. When complete, the cabled section is joined in the round with front bands overlapping. Stitches are picked up around the edge, then upper ribbed section is worked in the round.
