Rodinia Shawl
Geometric shapes made using short rows make up this asymmetrical triangular shawl. Knit in sections and seamed.
FINISHED MEASUREMENTS
64” wide (at widest point) x 32” long; 72” hypotenuse
YARN
BERROCO MODERN COTTON DK (100gr): 2 hanks #6601 Sandy Point (MC), and 1 hank each #6649 Breakers (CC1), #6651 Narragansett (CC2), and #6615 Chepstow (CC3)
NEEDLES and NOTIONS
36” circular needle, size 5 (3.75 mm) or size to obtain gauge
Yarn needle
GAUGE
20 sts and 43 rows = 4” in Garter Stitch
NOTE
The shawl is worked in 5 separate sections that are sewn together during finishing. All sections include a 1 stitch selvage for seaming. Sew seams through the middle of the last stitch on either side.
