Romancing the Lace Basket
This delicate lace basket uses Bruges Lace to create the sides. Worked in one continuous piece where the band is joined to the previous band creating a lacy basket perfect for Valentines, Easter, Mother’s day, or just for someone special.
Molding Materials:
• Fabric stiffener
• Set of coffee filters still in plastic pkg.
• 1 (6” dia) Styrofoam ball
• Rust proof pins
• Preferred work surface (covered with plastic)
Finishing Materials:
• Tapestry needle
• Glue gun/glue
• Approx 8 silk or satin flowers
• Baby’s breath
• 1/3-yd (5/8” w) ribbon
• Fiberfill (optional)
