Pattern specifies: Bedspread Weight Cotton Thread (size 10): 265 yards (242 meters). (The doily pictured in the book was worked in DMC Cebelia, color #800.)
Steel crochet hook, size 7 (1.65 mm) or size needed for gauge.
Gauge: Pattern through round 4 = 1.375” / 3.5 cm
Stitches: Treble Crochet, Back Post Single Crochet, 3-DC Cluster, 2-TR Cluster, Front Post Triple Treble Crochet Cluster, Split Treble Crochet, 7-TR Popcorn, Small Picot, Large Picot.
The doily is worked in 21 rounds, and the pattern begins on page 12. Pattern instructions are verbal; there is no charted stitch diagram.
