Rose Sweater
The Rose Cardigan is a flattering combination of openwork stitching and clean shaping. Built in two directions off of the center band, the stitch patterns are set up so the fabric expands a bit in width as you stitch, giving you a terrific cardigan that forms to your curves without bulk where you don’t want it!
The sleeves and cardigan hems are slightly ruffled. There are no side seams; the upper body and cardigan ruffle are worked in one piece, back and forth in rows, until you divide fronts from back. Perfect for semi-solid or tone-on-tone yarns with good stitch definition – and quick enough to make that you can make some in several colors to go with all of your favorite outifts!
