Roslin Hat and Mitts
Worked circularly at a gauge of 6.5 stitches/in. Ornate cables combine with folded hems and decorative buttons.
Finished measurements: Tam - 21 inches (53.5 cm) band circumference; 11 inches (28 cm) top diameter; Mitts - 8 inch (20.5 cm) wrist circumference, 7 inch (18 cm) hand circumference, 5.75 inches (14.5 cm) long
The fit of the tam can be adjusted by overlapping the cable band more or less.
